CA SSO as Oauth Provider

Hello,

Does CA SSO have any feature to act as ‘Oauth Token Provider” similar to “CA API Gateway” Oauth?

All I could find in the documents is that CA SSO can act as “OpenId Connect Provider”.

Please advise.
