Below is the scenario and issue , any insight and help will be appreciated:
Scenario : AD is used as user store , password policy is enabled on user directory with custom password service URL but we have disabled the password service on the authentication scheme.
We do not see redirection to password service URL in case of disable flag =2 , 8.
Issue: We see redirect to siteminder default password service URL in case of disable flag =1 and we need to suppress this redirection.
Option tried: We made a registry change to include below parameter :
IgnoreDefaultRedirectOnADnativeDisabled= 0x1; REG_DWORD
But still we see the redirection , user is not disabled on AD as such , it is just SSO disabled with disable flag =1 and we are expecting that it should not redirect to password service URL in first place but if it is doing than this setting should help.
Please let me know for anything that might be missing.
