I did a reinstall of Admin UI and policy server on Admin UI Server. Post that I am facing an issue wherein the service of Policy Server is not starting.
When I start the service it starts for few minutes after which it gets stopped automatically.
I checked the smconsole and tried to start the service from there but the issue is same. In smconsole I noticed that the credentials used for connecting to Policy Store are getting reset, i.e. I enter the password and test the LDAP connection it is successful, save the config and close smconsole. When I reopen smconsole and check the LDAP connection it gives LDAP error 48: Inappropriate authentication error.
When opening smconsole I noticed an error like Could not open CAPKI shared library, errno is 126.
Also in smps logs there are error logs
Unable to seed random number generator
Unable to initialize random number subsystem
Unable to initialize crypto subsystem
I am not sure what is missing here, but because of this I am unable to open Admin UI and make any changes.
