Can not move next page(IE 11)

Issue:

The customer  registered 40 domain,and when register the rules by adminui can not select domain from 26 to 40.

[Policies]⇒[Domain]⇒[Rules]⇒Click the 「>」or 「>>」can not move to the next page but back to first page.

This issue happened  when use IE 11 browser but not at chrome.

So who can tell me where I can setting and solve this problem.
