I can´t export the information from docops.ca.com. The Support group told me to open a case in the community. The error is:”Could not start new export.” The following error occurred: error – Not Found. Please try to start the export again. If the problem persists, please contact CA Support. “
I’ve already tried Chrome, IE, Firefox … the same thing happens to other colleagues
